Tabitha Eckles is the town midwife, and Dominick Cherrett is a bondsman who has to face four years as a servant to the Mayor of the town. However there is more to Dominick than meets the eye; there is something in his past that he is hiding.
The book wasn’t what I thought it would be. But I still enjoyed reading the book. I would give this book 4.5 stars.
