Review of Finding his way home

Finding His Way Home: Title: Finding his way Home

Author: Mia Ross

Series:  Barrett's Mill book 3

Chapters: 12 plus epilogue

Pages: 224

Genre: Christian Romance

Rating: 4 stars

Scott Barrett is the prodigal Barrett Son. Who's made it back home. After a stint in prison. He doesn't feel like he belongs anywhere, he's trying to find his place in his family again.  Jenna Reed is an artist who's never really put down roots anywhere. She's basically running from her past. A past that she has yet to make peace with.  She doesn't stay in one place to long.

Two people who don't feel like they belong anywhere might just need each other.  Finding his way Home is a sweet Christian romance. Just like the rest of the books in this series I really enjoyed this book.

Review of Diamonds are Forever

Diamonds+are+Forever: Title: Diamonds are forever

Author: Michelle Madow

Series: Secret Diamond sisters

Chapters: 32 plus epilogue

Pages: 360

Genre: teen/new adult

Rating: 4 stars

Diamonds are Forever is the third book and final book in the Secret Diamond sister's series.  All the questions that I had about the storyline was answered by the end. I also loved that Michelle quite possibly left it open for either a sequel or a spin off series.

Diamonds are Forever unlike the first two books I would have to say that it is more New adult than teen simply because of some of the things that happen in the book.  But it was a great ending to a great series.

Title: Into the Whirlwind
Into the Whirlwind:
Author: Elizabeth Camden

Chapters: 32 plus epilogue

Pages: 380

Genre: Christian historical fiction

Rating: 4 stars

Into the Whirlwind is another great book by Elizabeth Camden. This one is set in Chicago at the of the great Chicago fire. The two main characters Mollie Knox and Zach Kazmarek start out hating each other. This novel is much more than a romance. It's also a story about finding who you are.  What's important in life.

How a Star FallsOne-Year Anniversary(November 18th)

A Note from the Author

A year ago today (November 18th), my little star story, How a Star Falls, landed on Amazon. I’m thrilled to celebrate the anniversary of its release with you by introducing a brand-new cover (where the hero, Derrick, makes an appearance) and sharing a fun giveaway with prizes from some of my favorite Etsy shops!

If you journeyed with Derrick and Brielle when their story first released, thank you for allowing them into your heart. And if this will be your first time meeting them, I hope you’ll be encouraged by their story and reminded of the hope of Psalm 138:8: “The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me.”

Blessings through life’s seasons!
~Amber

About the Book

Sweet New Adult Contemporary Romance Novella

How does a star fall?
Quickly. Completely. Unexpectedly.

Derrick Knolane escapes to Trinidad Head most evenings, avoiding his apartment and planning for the day he'll break free of Humboldt County. Working in a music store might be fine for a while, but it's far from the goal he had in mind when he got his college degree. Not to mention the fact that his roommate is a jerk and his family won't stop trying to run his life.

Then Brielle falls into his world.

She claims to be a star. Not from Hollywood, but from heaven. He thinks she's crazy. Certainly delusional. Yet, he can't just leave her alone on the cliffs. So he takes her home.

And his whole world falls apart.

A heartfelt and fanciful contemporary romance novella, How a Star Falls explores the uncertain season of new adulthood and shows that sometimes the worst inconveniences make for the best miracles of all.

This novella is available in the following formats:
Paperback ($6.99)
Kindle ebook ($.99)

And the cards are a little teaser for my next contemporary romance, WhereTrains Collide. (Let’s just say the hero’s nickname is Paul Bunyan. Can you guess the heroine’s nickname?)

Girls who get close to Blake wind up hurt. His girlfriend Danielle will do anything to keep them away, even if she must resort to using dark magic. But the chemistry between Blake and Nicole is undeniable, and despite wanting to protect Nicole from Danielle’s wrath, he finds it impossible to keep his distance.
When the Olympian Comet shoots through the sky for the first time in three thousand years, Nicole, Blake, Danielle, and two others in their homeroom are gifted with mysterious powers. But the comet has another effect—it opens the portal to the prison world that has contained the Titans for centuries.
