     I was given an early e-copy in exchange for an honest review. Having only read a few YA Paranormal Romance I didn’t know what to expect.  YA Paranormal Romance was either hit or miss with me.  I either love them or hate, but with The Golden Hour I loved it. I couldn’t put the book down.  I finished it in one day.  To the point that I stayed up way past my bed time on a work night in order to finish it.  I just had to know what happened to Jada and after finishing The Golden Hour I can’t wait until the next book.

     As an adult it is sometimes hard for to relate to characters in YA but with Jada it was easy to relate to, because like Jada I felt like a bit of an outcast in high school who did at times feel invisible .Despite The Golden Hour being a paranormal romance just about anyone can find something in Jada to relate to.  Even though The Golden Hour is a YA Paranormal Romance teens and adults both will enjoy this fast paced read. 

     I enjoyed the book and really ended up loving it that I brought two copies of it. One for my kindle and one for my sister’s kindle as this type of book is right up her alley. While I might never be a YA Paranormal fan of the whole genre I am a fan of this book and series.
