Lynette Eason is one of my go to for Christian romantic
suspense because she writes the right balance of romance and suspense. And Crossfire
the second book in the Extreme Measures series is no different. I enjoyed this
one more than the first one.
I’m normally not a fan of the romance part of the romantic
suspense but with this one I loved the romance more than the suspense. Which is
actually a first for me. I loved reading Julianna James and Clay Snyder’s story.
Eason handled a storyline that could have been taken from
recent headlines with grace and tact. And that’s what makes her such an amazing
suspense author. And something else I liked was that the verse at the beginning
is one I’ve had as a favorite for years.
