The wait for A Royal Christmas for the Marine
by Jess Mastorakos. It ended up being my favorite of the First Comes love
series. And I tend to not like Royal romances because i don’t like the normal
girl becoming a princess. But apparently when the girl is a Marine who becomes
a Princess I’m hooked.
I loved Maya and Theo equally and I had a
slight nerdy marvel moment learning Maya grew up a carnie as my favorite
superhero started life as a carnie. And that Maya chose the Marines in order to
have a family. And when she thought, she was going to lose everything Theo
reminded her she would always be a Marine. I loved that Theo truly did love her
and wanted to be there for her. They really did bring. Out the best in each
other.
