Nurse on Pleasant Avenue is the 23rd book in the A Gaslight mystery series by Victoria Thompson. An historical mystery series set in New York at the turn of the 19th century into the 20th century. Though each mystery is a standalone it’s best to read the series in order otherwise you miss out on the relationships that develop throughout the series.

This one was one of my favorite books in the series. And I was thrilled that something happened that I was hoping would happen since at least book 16. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

     Murder on Trinity Place is the 22^nd book in the Gaslight mystery by Victoria Thompson.  Frank and Sarah have found themselves involved in yet another mystery. 

     Even though it’s the 22^nd book in the series this series still hasn’t gotten old. The mysteries continue to be different and unique to the time period. The Gaslight Mystery series is set during the late 18^th hundreds during the Gilded age period of the US. The series is set in New York.  This is one series that you do need to read in order. Otherwise you would be spoiled for things that happened in the series. 

     This series is great for readers who enjoy historical fiction as well as mysteries.
