Review of Strong, Brave, Loved: Empowering Reminders of Who You Really Are

Strong, Brave, Loved is a collection of short devotions by Holly Gerth to be used to remind you as a woman that you are who God says you are. That as a believer you are a child of His and He loves you.  You don’t have to hide you scars He sees them and He still loves you.
Again this is a book that I didn’t know that I needed until I started reading it.  I loved the journaling spots at the end of each devotional that gives you space to write your own thoughts and reflections on what you just read.  But more importantly Holly uses a Bible to base each day’s devotion on.  It seems to me like that is book is designed to read one devotion a day not read it all the way through like I did so it would a two-month devotional. But also you could just read certain ones when you needed a reminder.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher a part of a blog tour. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are mine alone.
