A Deadly Edition by Victoria Gilbert is the 5^th book in the A Blue Ridge Library Mystery series. This was one of my favorites in the series. I loved that I didn’t figure out the who done it before the end. This one kept me guessing until the very end. And the sweet scene at the end really wrapped up the story.

Bound for Murder by Victoria Gilbert is the fourth book in the Blue Ridge Library Mysteries series. And just when Amy is convinced she's done solving murders until the latest body shows up in the form of a skeleton on her friend Sunny's grandparents. Making them prime suspects. Amy's determined to find out the truth and clear the grands name and keep Sunny's run for mayor from being finished.

Like the first three books in the series, I enjoyed this one.  I love that Amy's day job is that of a library director. As a library assistant in my day job, I enjoy books set around libraries or with a library employee as the main character and I enjoy cozies so I knew I would enjoy this one. And like previous ones in the series. Bound for Murder is a quick read.  I look forward to the next one in the series.

Past Due for Murder is the third book in the Blue Ridge Library mysteries book 3 by Victoria Gilbert.  Amy Webber is starting to find her footing as the librarian and director of the Taylorsford Virginia. When another murder lands itself in her lap. And this time somehow her ex is involved.

This book happened to be my favorite of the series. I think mainly because Amy is starting to find her place and feel comfortable in her own skin.  This one read quicker than the first two books in the series.

As a library assistant I enjoy reading cozy mysteries set in libraries especially small-town libraries. I would highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys cozy mysteries.  You want be sorry. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.

Review of Shelved Under Murder

Title:  Shelved Under Murder

Author: Victoria Gilbert

Series: Blue Rigde Library Mysteries book 2

Chapters: 28

Pages: 336

Genre: Cozy Mystery

Rating: 3 stars

Shelved under Murder is the second book in the Blue Ridge Library mysteries by Victoria Gilbert  Amy Webber has settled in as library director for the Taylorsford Virginia library for the most part.   But when a murder  investigation involves possible forged paintings  and the sheriff's deputy finds out that Amy has a degree in Art history she finds herself drug into another murder investigation as well.  And to think she just wanted to survive the yard sale fundraiser for the library.

I enjoyed Shelved Under Murder more than I did the first book in the series.  From the second book on in cozy mysteries the story and mystery just seems to flow faster; I think that is do in part to the characters and setting being established in the first book of the series.  I enjoy reading cozy mysteries with librarians as the mystery solver. I guess it's because my day job is that of library assistant.  I loved the fall and early October setting of the book as well as the Blue Ridge Mountain setting. . And I look forward to the next book in the Blue Ridge Library mystery.   Library employees as well as fans will enjoy this cozy mystery.
